The Enterprising Kitchen uses only the finest ingredients and purest essential oils to ensure the best experience and value for our customers. All products are manufactured in small batches onsite at the Chicago facility. Each product includes the mission statement on its label and is signed by the woman who packages it.

Named for the address of the factory where Theo chocolate makers work their magic, these organic, Fair Trade Certified™ milk and dark chocolate bars come in wonderfully innovative flavors. Theo takes its premium quality, delectable chocolate and combines it with some bold and traditional ingredients to conjure the 3400 Phinney fantasy flavor assortment. The chocolate for this bar line is made with organic, Fair Trade certified™ cocoa beans from Central America. The dark chocolate has a minimum 65% cacao content; the milk chocolate has a minimum 40% cacao content.

Fair Trade Winds has two retail locations on the east coast and is thankful for all of its online customers from all over the country! As the first exclusively Fair Trade store in Bar Harbor, Maine and Fairfax, Virginia, we are a family-run business committed to helping alleviate global poverty and increase social responsibility through fair trade. The store seeks to empower consumers to become an integral part of a cooperative effort that benefits farmers, artisans, and the environment. If you are in the Washington, DC metro area, we welcome you to our Fairfax store. We are open Monday through Saturday 10:00 am-9:00 pm and Sunday 12:00 pm-6:00 pm, and located between University Drive and Chain Bridge Road, next to Panera Bread. Plenty of free parking.

In Bar Harbor, our winter store hours are Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 pm-6:00 pm. In the spring and summer, we are open Monday through Saturday 10:00 am-9:00 pm and Sunday 12:00 pm-6:00 pm, and will stay open later if Bar Harbor is still hopping! Customers say their vacation to Mt. Desert Island or Acadia National Park is not complete without a trip to our store.
