All the paper used in the journals is 100% tree-free, made by recycling cotton rags from the textile industry.
All the Leather used is “Cruelty Free”, which means leather obtained from naturally dead animals. Livestock has a lot of agricultural and household value for the vegetarian population in this region(Rajasthan, India) which makes it economically unwise to kill animals for their skin.

The leather cover can be refilled with new blank refills. Refills also available.

Medium Photo Album

30 pages, 9x8 inches, hard cover with hand carved turtle buttons. This is one of our medium albums.  Entirely handcrafted with traditional Nepalese Lokta paper, there are 30 dramatic black pages.  Sheets of hand-pressed tissue separate each page.  The center of the front cover is cut out to frame the first photograph. Its spine is accented by two wonderfully charming, carved stone turtles, their diminutive forms (less than 1-inch long) adding a whimsical touch. The turtle buttons are purely decorative, they do not need to be untied to open the album.
