At Fair Trade Winds, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We provide you with 30 days from the date you receive your order, to return your item if not completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your items for a full refund or exchange, less shipping charges, with no questions asked. We do not charge any restocking fees or extra charges on returned or exchanged items. Exchanges are shipped by UPS ground. Shipping charges on all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
