This colorful mix of 10 beans is nutritious and hearty soup that'll feed the whole family! Add vegetables, tomatoes, garlic and ham if you want. Easy to follow directions make this a go-to dinner staple all winter long! Makes a big pot of 7 meal-size servings. Based in Denver, the Women's Bean Project works to change women’s lives by providing stepping stones to self-sufficiency through social enterprise.  Ingredients: polished black beans, black eye peas, green split peas, brown lentils, great northern beans, pinto beans, red lentils, small red chili beans, yellow split peas, garbanzo beans, parsley, salt, dehydrated vegetables (garlic, spinach, tomato, onion), spices (celery seed, white pepper, basil, oregano, rosemary, red pepper, thyme, tarragon), paprika and turmeric (for color).
