Also great on fish and lamb. Excellent on roast root vegetables, butternut or pumpkin - or in a brown and wild rice dish with lentils, cashews and onions. Here's a recipe for Onion Yassa Sauce: Roughly chop 3 brown onions and 5 cloves of garlic. Place in a roasting pan with 100ml peanut oil. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the vegetables and grind 2 tsp Yassa over the top. Roast until the onions are very soft - (take care not to burn the garlic!)
