Shipping Policy + Gift Notes
We strive to mail orders within 5-7 business days. All retail orders shipped in the U.S. over $100 will receive free standard shipping. If you would like priority shipping, you may select it at checkout. Please note: no matter which shipping option you choose, our processing time is still 5-7 days in addition to estimated shipping time. If you need your order by a certain date, please give special instructions in the notes at checkout. We are a small, family-run business, and we appreciate your patience!
Free shipping does not qualify on international shipments, even with a coupon you may receive.
Whenever possible, we re-use shipping materials including boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.
If you are ordering a gift for us to send on your behalf and you would like to include a note for the recipient, please add the text in the “Order Notes” at checkout. We will remove the prices and include the gift note on the packing slip.
Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages if the shipping carrier can verify the package was delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer. As the customer, you can report the loss for recourse.
We don’t send packages to Europe due to updated VAT requirements in 2021.
