This nifty bowl is made from recycled bicycle chain from salvaged bicycles, handcrafted in India. The metal craftsmen make small circles out of the chain, then weld them into a bowl shape that’s great for holding fruits on the kitchen counter, or receipts and mail.
If you look closely, you'll notice the tiny elephant sitting inside the large one in our Double Carved Elephant (Second photo shows the smaller elephant, figure comes like the first/main photo with smaller elephant covered). This traditional carving is skillfully done by hand from one piece of stone. The raised trunk is a symbol for good luck.
