This traditional carving is skillfully done by hand from one piece of stone. The raised trunk is a symbol for good luck.

Hand knit by women in Nababpur, India, giving them independence through their work. The women are part of the Toockie Project, which set up a community center where the women can come to get training, pick up supplies and drop off finished cloths. The Toockie Project employs over 200 women and allows them to work from home within the cultural structure of their area.
