Kaisa grass grows abundantly in rural Bangladesh. Farmers were abandoning their harvest due to low prices so a fair trade group helped women create crafts from the grass instead. Today thousands of women in Bangladesh use the grass to create beautiful, functional baskets for your home like our bread warmer baskets.
