RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL ORDERS:
Products* may be returned within 30 days of purchase (or 60 days for gifts) if you are not completely satisfied. No questions asked! Just cover the cost to return it & we'll refund you when it arrives.
Please email orders@fairtradewinds.net to arrange the return. If you received something damaged or in error we will provide return shipping.
*Grocery items and lamp orders over $200 are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. Lamps that are returned are subject to a 6% restocking fee and we will provide separate shipping instruction.
Returns time may vary, depending on your shipment selection, but we will process returned items and refunds within 48 hours of receiving the product.
