Shipping: Orders ship quickly (typically within 1–2 business days) from our warehouse in VA. They typically arrive in about 2–4 days depending on location, include tracking, and qualify for free U.S. shipping over $85, with delivery available across the U.S.

Returns: Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase (or 60 days for gifts) if you are not completely satisfied. No questions asked! Just cover the cost to return it & we’ll refund you when it arrives.

How Capiz Chimes are Made

1. Artisans collect oyster shells off the shores of Java

2. Next they smooth them, shape them, and drill small holes for stringing.

3. The prepared shells are dyed and dried.

4. Artisans string the dyed shells on strong fishing line.

5. Strings of colorful chimes are hung from a bamboo or wood top.

6. The completed chimes are packaged up for shipment.
